Petition May Be Made To Appeal Hearing Court
A person who is
not satisfied with the order of detention, bail/bond, guarantee or bank
guarantee made pursuant to this Chapter may make a petition to the
court hearing appeal up to one level.
Provided that in relation to a question as to the illegality of the
order of detention made in a case involving an offence punishable by
a sentence of imprisonment for life or imprisonment for a term of
five years or more, a petition may also be made to the court hearing
appeal more than one level.
